Insomnia Relief With Acupressure + Essential Oil

Lavender 100% Pure Essential Oil -10ml Grapefruit 100% Pure Essential Oil- 10 ml

Are you having not enough beauty sleep because of insomnia? Lavender is widely known for its stress relief and nerve calming properties. Try combining Chinese acupressure and aromatherapy for relaxation and deeper, natural sleep.

Put 1 drop of lavender essential oil and 1 drop of grapefruit essential oil on a piece of cotton wool or towel. Inhale 6 times. Then massage the Yintang acupuncture point or "Hall of Seal" (located midway between the medial ends of the eyebrows) 25 times in a clockwise direction. Then again massage the acupoint 25 times in an anti-clockwise direction. Finally rub your hands together vigorously and cover your face with your warmed up palms.

Yintang acupuncture point is primarily used for treating headache, insomnia, high blood pressure, stuffy nose and ears, and dizziness.
