Here's one way to tone and slenderize your legs passively on the bed.

Sit on your bed and scrunch up your knees. Clasp and pinch the fleshier parts of your legs rapidly (but don't hold) with your palms. The purpose is to tense up your body as it hurts. The more intense the sensation the better the toxins are being flushed out and fat dislodged from the cells.

Travel up and down the hinges of your legs to your feet on all sides. Next repeat, but this time rolling the muscles between your flat hands. For e.g., if your right hand is pressing and pushing on top of your thigh, your left hand should be under the thigh moving in the opposite direction. This can effectively aid diet in whittling those undesired inches of fat around your legs and toning loose areas.

But no matter what, the fastest and most effective way to shape your legs is to engage in cardio exercises, including swimming (for 45 minutes 5 days a week), jumping rope (for 1 hour), cycling (for 30 minutes 5 days a week) and jumping on trampoline (for 30 minutes 5 days a week). You can supplement your cardio exercise plan with a brief routine of yoga, Pilates or other stretches.
