Homemade Foot Soak Recipe
Legs feeling tired and tight? Or having odor problems? Try this foot soak recipe for a relaxing and revitalizing foot bath at the comfort of your home.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of Epsom Salts
3 drops of any of the following aromatherapy oils:
- Lavender (to calm and relax)
- Peppermint (to energize, relieve stress and improve blood circulation)
- Tea Tree (to treat foot fungus and odor problems)
Or mix them (3-5-3) to soothe aches, remove odors, and soften rough skin - soaking in all the benefits in just one bath.
